The General Management of Saint-Gobain define the company’s strategy, which is carried out by each of the five operating sectors. Functional departments, including Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Corporate Planning, Internal Audit and Business Control, Marketing and Communication are managed by Compagnie de Saint-Gobain.

To represent Saint-Gobain in the countries in which it operates and to assist and support the operating divisions with their regional development, Saint-Gobain has a number of General Delegations.

In the UK and Ireland the General Delegation is based in Coventry and assumes functional responsibility for Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Pensions, Property, Health and Safety, Environment, IT, Purchasing and Communication.
