Bluetop™ is a new innovative ductile pipe system designed to provide end users in the water industry with a ‘no compromise’ solution. The new system has been designed to optimise and simplify installation in a variety of applications, reduce
carbon related issues, eliminate taste and odour issues and above all provide a ‘fit and forget’ leak-free solution.
Bluetop™ is dedicated to small diameter potable water distribution and is available in DN/OD 90, 110 and 125mm. It has an external coating of zinc/aluminium alloy and ultramarine blue epoxy, and a Ductan internal coating in ultramarine blue
thermoplastic.
Bluetop™ has been designed in accordance to the specifications of the NF EN 805 Standard. Elastomer for the joints is in compliance with NF EN 68 1.1 and the epoxy coating in compliance with NF EN 14901. All Saint-Gobain PAM UK products are manufactured in accordance with EN ISO 9001 - 2000.
Integral/Integral+ ductile iron pressure mains for sewerage and dirty water DN80-2000 (Integral+ to DN800). Fully complies with BS EN598. PAM Integral/Integral+ sewer pipes are supplied with a high alumina cement mortar lining to allow for extreme operating conditions ranging from pH4 to pH12. PAM Integral pipes are supplied with a 200g/m2 zinc coating and finished with a tough red epoxy layer providing a high degree of protection in most soil conditions. PAM Integral+ pipes are
supplied with a 400g/m2 zinc-aluminum alloy layer finished with a tough red epoxy coating meaning PAM Integral+ can be used effectively in over 86% of UK soil conditions. For the remaining 14% of soil conditions Saint-Gobain PAM UK can provide highly effective coating solutions.
Natural ductile iron pressure mains for water DN80-800. Fully complies with BS EN545 and is in accordance with Regulation 31 (England and Wales) and 27 (Scotland) of the Water Supply (Water quality) Regulations. PAM Natural pipes are supplied with a 400g/m2 zincaluminum alloy layer finished with a tough blue epoxy coating making it suitable for use in over 86% of UK soil conditions.
Kameleo is a variable angle fitting designed to connect water supply pipelines in size ranges DN 80, 100 and 150mm.
Kameleo consists of a main component which can take a complete range of accessories to become:
• A full sliding collar
• A bend with a continuously variable angle from 0 to 45°
• A flanged socket with a continuously variable angle from 0 to 45°. In this version Kameleo combines the function of a flanged socket and a variable angle bend
Type tests carried out on Kameleo comply with EN 545. The epoxy coating complies with standard EN 14901. The components in contact with drinking water are in accordance with the European regulations on potable water.
