Gender pay gap reporting
Gender pay reporting legislation requires employers with 250 or more employees to publish calculations every year showing the pay gap between their male and female employees. This information should be made available on their website, and published on the Government’s website which can be found by searching the Government's Gender Pay Gap website.
What must be included:
Average gender pay gap as a Mean and Median average
Proportion divided into four groups ordered from lowest to highest pay
Average bonus pay gap as a Mean and Median average
Proportion of males and females receiving a bonus payment
