Saint-Gobain PAM UK clinches significant new contract with the Highways Agency

A significant new agreement with the Highways Agency has seen iron technology leader Saint-Gobain PAM UK, part of leading materials company Saint-Gobain, selected as the supplier of choice for a number of high-profile road projects across England.

Saint-Gobain PAM UK will provide its high quality range of access covers and gratings to a number of key projects with the Highways Agency, including improvements to the M6, A23 and M25. Following a competitive tender process, the company was selected by a number of major construction companies that make up the strategic road building programme. The Collaborative Procurement Working Group consists of Balfour Beatty, Carillion, Costain Serco JV and BAM Morgan Sindall JV.

Saint-Gobain PAM UK’s innovative range of access covers and gratings were chosen for their quality, sustainability, health and safety benefits and performance, leading to value creation through significant improvements to the life of the asset they manage, reducing the cost of ownership as a result.
