Artex began back in 1935 when it was the first to introduce its new textured finishes to the market and was acquired by Saint-Gobain at the end of 2005 along with the rest of the BPB group. Today, Artex operates as an essential supply chain partner to building materials and home improvements retailers and is a leading distributor of several Saint-Gobain construction products brands.

They are able to tailor their offering to match the needs of merchants, decorator centres and DIY stores across the UK, delivering their range of over 500 trade and DIY products through three service offerings;

• Full pallets of single product
• Mixed pallets of products from across the range
• Gyproc Express parcel service for small and speedy orders

Artex also manage Gyproc Tools, an online shop with the latest TapeTech and Flex automatic taping and finishing tools.
