You will start your career journey as Industrial Performance Manager and initially be based at our busy manufacturing plant in Robertsbridge. You will report directly to our Plant Manager and manage our Quality, Process and Performance team to drive our improvement programme including Industry 4.0 initiatives.
You will be at the core of our business to engage people, forging ahead with a shared vision to drive forward our agenda and continuously improve performance. With the impact and influence to drive change you will also inspire those around you towards autonomous safety.
