This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to join our passionate and knowledgeable team. The area will cover South-West England across South-East as well as some of the parts of London so will be based within those areas to ensure efficient travel.
This role is working with Weber where you will be responsible for engaging with a diverse set of customers throughout the relationship management, promoting the Weber brand through to training and managing trade days and making sure products are merchandised correctly
In this role as Sales Executive you will be:
Responsible for the delivery of annual revenue and profit margin targets with their sales area of responsibility
Ensuring all branches are visited regularly on a cyclical call cycle to meet the customer expectation and company targets
Training and educating branch staff to understand the Weber Tile Fixing range enabling them to upsell and promote the features and benefits to their customers using the digital and traditional sales tools
Communicating and gaining commitment to branch promotions and incentives to increase stock range and sales opportunity
Supporting branches in organising and attending Trade events at the branch to engage with new customers and promote the Weber Tile Fixing range through presentation and demonstration
Ensuring that each branch has the appropriate or mandated stock displayed correctly with the relevant Point of Sale available
Maintaining accurate and timely visit reports and customer information in CRM following each visit
