As Contact Centre Manager you will lead a team of Customer Contact Consultants, setting an exceptional example of how to deliver beyond your customer’s expectations. You will take it as your prime responsibility to continually evaluate the market for best practice to drive customer loyalty through effective relationship management of customer insight and customer engagement, mystery shopping and Customer Support Services.
