Saint-Gobain has entered into binding agreements for the sale of International Decorative Surfaces (IDS) and for the divestment of two UK Glass processing facilities which specialise in the manufacture of double-glazed units.

IDS, a specialist flooring, worktop and laminate distributor in the UK is being sold to Chiltern Capital. The two UK Glass processing facilities in Motherwell, Scotland and Canterbury is being divested to Clayton Glass. Completion of these divestments is expected by the end of the second quarter of 2022.
