Access Anytime, Any Way, Anywhere
You’ll be able to access CHORUS from wherever works best for you. Whether you’re using a work device, or accessing at home with your laptop, tablet, or mobile phone, you can choose the method that suits you best.
CHORUS will be available as an app to download direct to your phone or tablet for convenient access or by using the browser link directly on any device.
If you’re feeling cautious about using a work-related app on a personal device, we can reassure you that installing the app does not give us access to your personal messages, photos, or any other private content.
Payslips
Payslips will be available directly in CHORUS from July 2026. Historic payslips and P60s will no longer be accessible via the e-portal after go-live, so we encourage you to download any documents you may need before then.
Time Off
You’ll be able to book time off (annual leave) directly in CHORUS for your manager to approve. In the UK only, time off will be calculated in hours instead of days, making it easier for colleagues with flexible working patterns to manage their leave more accurately.
Don’t worry – your entitlement will remain the same as it always has!
Self-Service
Using its self-service and user-friendly interface, you’ll be able to update your personal and contact details directly in CHORUS. Some updates, like your preferred name or emergency contact, won’t need approval, while others, like your legal name or bank details, will require validation first.
You’ll also be able to view your team’s organisation chart, search for colleagues, and access help and guidance directly in CHORUS.

Annual/Intermediate Reviews: Complete digitally in CHORUS, set new objectives, and access them year-round
Continuous Feedback: Give and request internal feedback any time you want
Check-ins: Document your 1:1's with your manager to record your progress and career goals
Career Profile: A new space where you can manage and update your development needs, career interests, and skills
Gigs: Apply for short-term projects that match your interests and skills for up to 10% of your time
Equal Access for All Colleagues
If you don’t usually access a work device for your role, CHORUS brings huge improvements as all functionality described above will be available to you via the mobile app or weblink.
You’ll be able to access the same information and activities that were previously completed manually and on paper, reducing admin and paperwork, streamlining processes, and increasing the security and accessibility of your data and records.
When the full CHORUS rollout is complete in the future, you’ll also be able to access the new learning and development features.
Continual Learning and Career Mobility
We’re pleased to share that CHORUS will eventually be the platform to access your learning and mobility needs for too.
This is planned for toward the end of 2027, and more details will be made available closer to the time.

You've also got time tracking! Time tracking in CHORUS records the hours you work, and in your businesses, this directly links to your clock in/clock out system.
You can view your work schedule, view your recorded time for the week or month, and view the lieu time or overtime accruals that will help calculate your pay directly from your phone or computer, keeping everything accurate and visible for you, your manager, and payroll.
