About the Contest

The Architecture Student Contest is an international event open to students across the UK based on Saint-Gobain's concept for sustainable buildings. Saint-Gobain Isover in Serbia held the inaugural event in 2004, and it expanded to an international scale in 2005. Today, it attracts around 1,300 students from 30 nations.

The competition provides an excellent opportunity for students studying architecture to obtain practical experience while learning the value of sustainability in modern building. Teams receive a detailed brief combining new and renovation and are invited to submit detailed submissions with sustainability embedded in the design response.

Your project's success will be determined by how it improves the health and well-being of your building's inhabitants while using less carbon, energy, and resources.
