Saint-Gobain has been included in the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index (GEI)

Our performance in terms of inclusion and diversity allows us to be included in the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index 2023 for the fifth consecutive year. The index measures companies' gender equality performance on the basis of five criteria: leadership and talent pipeline, equal pay and gender pay parity, inclusive culture, anti-sexual harassment policies and external brand.

Being listed in the Gender Equality Index is a testimony to our commitment and a recognition of the work we have accomplished. Today, 37.5% of our Executive Committee members are women and our objective for 2025 is to reach 30% of women executives within the Group, compared to 27.2% in 2022. In our latest survey of Group employees at the end of 2022, 90% of them responded that they felt respected for who they are.
