Second chances, global moves, and a company that walks its talk: how Kenan Bahcivan, Head of Service Transformation and Relationship Management, turned opportunity into impact.


I joined Saint-Gobain Weber in 2004 and have had the privilege of growing with the company across multiple countries and roles. From my early days as a System Administrator in Turkey to my current position as Head of Service Transformation and Relationship Management in the UK, my journey has been one of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration. Today, I lead service transformation initiatives and manage key relationships to ensure our IT services are efficient, resilient, and aligned with business needs.

I want to highlight this point: Saint-Gobain consistently gives colleagues who show their worth a second chance. After finishing university, I started my career as a System and Network Analyst at Saint-Gobain Weber in 2004. In 2006, I transferred to a different global company, but Saint-Gobain offered me another opportunity, and six years later, I rejoined as an IT manager.
