As CHORUS will become the place to view your payslips, the payslip portal will be closing. Please download any payslips, letters or other pay-related documents you want to keep before go‑live. You'll also need to make sure that you check your data is correct when you first log in.
No. Using CHORUS on your personal device does not give us access to anything else on your phone or tablet. We cannot see your messages, photos, browsing history, or any other personal content.
The app only connects to CHORUS and does not interact with or monitor any other part of your device. If you prefer, you can also continue to access CHORUS through your browser or use a work device when you’re on site - whichever feels most comfortable for you.
We’re working towards a July go‑live for CHORUS. This gives us the right amount of time to complete thorough testing, make final improvements, and ensure you have a smooth, reliable experience from day one.
As with any major platform launch, this date may adjust slightly depending on the final stages of testing, and our commitment remains the same: CHORUS will only go live when it’s fully ready and delivers the high‑quality experience you expect.
Additional functionality for career and learning will be available from 2027, and we’ll keep you updated on timelines as we know more.
We chose CHORUS for its intuitive design, and you’ll have access to online guidance, quick videos, and support from Go Live. Help is always there whenever you need it, and we'll let you know who to get in touch with closer to Go Live.
Yes. Your information is protected by strong security and privacy measures. CHORUS is designed to keep your data safe, with strict access controls so only the right people can see the right information. You remain in control of your own details, and the platform ensures they’re stored, handled, and used responsibly at all times.
Most of your data will move into CHORUS automatically. When you first login, you’ll need to check that your own details are accurate, up to date, and add anything else that is missing which you’d like to see in there.
